Roy Campbell, is the Director of IT / Program Development at Learning for Humanity. Learning For Humanity Alliance (L4HA) is a Canadian registered charity which was established to disrupt poverty through education by delivering comprehensive digital learning resources to students educators and entire communities globally.
Their mission is to disrupt poverty through learning and to increase healthcare accessibility.
According to UNESCO (2013), if all students in low-income countries left school with basic reading skills, 171 million people could be lifted out of physical poverty. This is a 12% cut in world poverty.
Education helps disrupt cycles of poverty and violence. It is a central component of breaking generational poverty and creating transformative change for individuals and communities in the developing world.
Learning for Humanity is working to change the cycle of poverty, boost economic growth, reduce inequality and restore peace, one school at a time.
